Tomorrow is budget day and as such from 12pm tomorrow, there will be a live blog here covering the Budget which is at 12:30pm.

Join me for comments on the budget as it happens tomorrow from noon.

It’s not going to be a great budget and we can expect more borrowing and higher taxes. The more interesting part will come at the end when David Cameron gets his chance to tell the government why they are wrong.
